Promptness. We make every effort to be on time for your scheduled appointment. Please help us honor this policy for all guests by arriving 15 minutes before your service begins. If you are late, we will end your service on time to allow other guests their full service. If you have to cancel an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50 percent of your service price.
Privacy. Your privacy will always be respected, and you will be properly covered during all spa services.
Personalized Treatment. It is important to us that you receive the best possible service and that your experience meets or exceeds your expectations. Please see your technician with questions or concerns, particularly if this is your first time receiving a treatment. If you have health considerations, injuries, soreness or tension, please let your technician know so that your service can be adjusted accordingly.
Relaxing Environment. We work hard to maintain a soothing and nurturing environment, so please refrain from using your cell phone while in the salon. We love children and do offer salon services for children of all ages, but please limit your child’s visit to their appointment times only. Spa services are available to those 14 years and older with a guardian’s written permission.
Expertise. Our expert staff is dedicated to pursuing ongoing education and training so that we may offer only the most advanced and proven techniques to enhance your experience.
Quality Products. We use only the finest products during our spa and salon services. Protect your investment by using these same products at home. If you are not satisfied with a product, exchanges are accepted with a receipt (excluding Cellex-C, Jane Iredale and Kinerase).
