Promptness. We make every effort to be on time for your
scheduled appointment. Help us honor this policy for all guests by
arriving 15 minutes before your service begins. If you are late, we will
end your service on time to allow other guests their full service. If you
have to cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice.
If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you
will be charged 50 percent of your service price.
Privacy. Your privacy will always be respected, and you will be
properly covered during all spa services.
Personalized Treatment. It’s important that we provide
you with the best service and that your experience meets or
exceeds your expectations. Please inform your technician if
you have questions, concerns or if it’s your first time receiving a treatment. If you have health considerations, injuries, soreness or tension, let your technician know, so you can get the most out of your service.
Relaxing Environment. In order to provide the most
nurturing environment for our guests, please refrain from using
your cell phone. There are salon services for children of all ages,
but please limit your child’s visit to their appointment times only.
Spa services are available to those 14 years and older with a
guardian’s written permission.
Expertise. Our expert staff is dedicated to education and
training to offer you the latest in treatments.
Quality Products. We use only the finest products for our
services. Protect your investment by using these same products
at home. If you are not satisfied with a product, exchanges are
accepted with a receipt (with the exception of Cellex-C, Jane
Iredale and Kinerase).
