COVID-19 information Please read


  • Monitor your health and cancel your appointment if you or a member of your household is not feeling well. Especially if symptoms include fever, cough, sore throat or difficulty breathing. We greatly appreciate 24 hours notice for cancellations whenever possible.
  • Credit card payments only! If you would like the option of a touch-free check out, you can add a credit card to your file by calling the salon and having a front desk team member assist you OR by signing up for online booking. Apple pay is also available.
  • In an effort to limit the number of people in the salon, we kindly ask guest visitors, including children, to remain home until further notice.


  • Bring your own mask and wear it to your appointment. If you are receiving hair services, please wear a mask that loops around your ears.
  • When you arrive, wait in your car until you receive a text message that your provider is ready for you. If you are unable to receive a text, come to our front entry when you arrive and a member of our front desk team will assist you.
  • When you enter the salon we will take your temperature, ask a few short screening questions regarding COVID-19 symptoms and ask you to sanitize or wash your hands. Anyone having signs of symptoms or with a temperature exceeding 100 degrees, will not be able to enter the salon. We will ask that you call to reschedule after 14 days.
  • We ask that you arrive for hair services with clean, dry hair. If you are receiving a chemical service, be sure to gently cleanse to avoid scalp irritation. Our changing room will not be in service so we recommend wearing clothing that you are not concerned about damaging.
  • Our beverage area has temporarily been removed. We will continue to have water available but ask that you bring your own container.
  • Please leave non essential personal items at home or in your car.


Safety and sanitation standards have always been a top priority for our team. We are taking many steps to ensure everyone’s safety as we reopen. Some of those steps include:

  • Taking temperatures of all guests and team members at the door.
  • Requiring face coverings be worn by anyone in the building and hands be washed/sanitized upon entering.
  • We have increased access to hand sanitizer throughout the salon.
  • We will be sanitizing rooms, stations and payment terminals between every guest along with sanitizing high-touch areas regularly.
  • Service providers will be working at every other station when possible to maintain safe distances.
  • Waiting areas will not be in use.
  • We have eliminated any high-touch amenities that increase risk such as magazines, candy dish, beverage service, tester units and even pens throughout the salon.


We have temporarily eliminated any services that increase risk to our guests or teammates. The following services will not be offered until further notice.

  • Blow-dry services; we ask that you arrive for your cut or style with clean, dry hair allowing your designer to provide a dry cut service and thermal touch-up. If your service requires a shampoo, you will leave with damp hair. In order to maintain a safe distance, our hood dryers and processing table will be reserved for color processing and weekly styles.
  • Beard trims. Don’t worry, we’ll give you some tips!
  • Cezanne treatments.
  • Makeup services.
