PROMPTNESS

We make every effort to be on time for your scheduled appointment. Help us honor this policy for all guests by arriving before your service is scheduled to begin. If you are late, we will end your service on time to allow other guests their full service. If you have to cancel your appointment, please give us a minimum of 24-hours notice. We reserve the right to charge for late-cancel and no-show appointments.

PRIVACY

Your privacy will be always respected, and you will be properly covered during all spa services.

PERSONALIZED TREATMENT

It’s important that we provide you with the best service and that your experience meets or exceeds expectations. Please inform your service provider if you have questions, concerns or if it’s your first time receiving a treatment. If you have health considerations, injuries, soreness or tension, let your service provider know so you can get the most out of your service.

RELAXING ATMOSPHERE

In order to provide the most nurturing environment for our guests, please refrain from using your cell phone. There are salon services for children of all ages, but please limit your child’s visit to their appointed times only. Spa services are available to those 14 years or older with a guardian’s written permission.
